Zen Rules (Terms of Use)

To become a weZENu Community Member or Professional you must agree to the following terms of use.

I hereby understand and agree:

That I will "seek Zen" (post questions, ask for advice or support) and "send Zen" (reply to a post with advice, suggestions or support) with complete honesty and sincerity.
That I will not be judgmental, harass, belittle, intimidate or be hostile to any member of weZENu.
That I will be respectful of different opinions, beliefs, ideologies and also of all creeds, races, and religions.
That I will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
That I will not post content that is pornographic, contains nudity or is violent.
That I will not provide any false personal information on weZENu.com, or create an account for anyone other than myself without permission.
That I can only create a profile on weZENu.com if I am 21 years of age or older.
That should I, as a community member, seek any advice from any listed sponsor, I do so at my own decision and agree to hold weZENu, LLC harmless against any action resulting from such contact. And I understand that any responses to postings, mine or others, is of a general nature and not meant to be specific medical, financial, or any other consulting advice of any kind.
That when I register a Professional that will conduct myself to the standards of my profession, that I will not give specific medical advice and will communicate to others on this site in an informing, yet professional way so as not to bring harm to any individual or claims against weZENu, LLC.
That as a professional, I am asserting that any information provided as to my education, degrees, associations, experience or uploaded documentation is accurate, current and not falsified in any way. And should my professional status change, I will notify weZENu.com through the contact us form and delete myself from the site as a professional.
That by participating in any discussion boards in any manner, I agree to hold weZENu, LLC and its members and professionals harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs). Additionally, If anyone brings a claim against weZENu, LLC related to my actions or my content on weZENu.com, I will indemnify and hold weZENu, LLC harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claims
